Where we ship

We accept orders for eligible delivery addresses worldwide. Available destinations and delivery methods are confirmed at checkout.

Not every product, address or delivery service is supported in every country. Please contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer a delivery option.

Production and fulfillment

Our mahjong mats are printed to order through our production partner, PrintKK.

Mats ordered for delivery within the United States are printed and fulfilled in the USA. International mat orders are printed and fulfilled in China.

Our mahjong tile sets and all accessories—including racks, dice trays and coasters—are made in China and shipped directly to you by our manufacturer there. Our “Printed in the USA” statement applies only to mats delivered within the USA.

Orders already in production continue through their assigned facility. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking information for those orders.

Delivery estimates

Production and shipping are separate stages. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Seasonal demand, production issues and carrier delays can affect timing.

Please contact us before ordering if you need your purchase for a particular event or date. We cannot promise delivery by a specific date unless we expressly confirm it.

Where estimates are given in business days, these are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing begins once your order and payment have been confirmed and any necessary order details have been resolved.

Free shipping and tracking

We offer free shipping to eligible delivery addresses. Available delivery options, any applicable charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking details are provided when your order ships and tracking becomes available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier makes its first scan.

Orders containing different products may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is provided for each shipment when available.

Delays and missing parcels

If we cannot ship within a stated production timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer any delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. We do not treat a delivery estimate as a waiver of those rights.

If tracking stops updating or your order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us.

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and any household or building reception first, then let us know. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution for confirmed non-delivery.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address, apartment number and postal or ZIP code before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed.

We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters production or shipping.

If an incorrect address supplied by you leads to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply. We will explain the options and any charges before arranging a new shipment. This does not limit remedies when the error is ours.

What arrives

Your selected mahjong mat ships rolled with a black storage bag. Tiles, racks, dice and styling accessories are not included with a mat unless expressly stated in the listing.

Mats, tile sets and rack sets are sold separately unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Returns and product issues

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, or cancellation where required by applicable law.
