What comes with my mat?
Your selected mahjong mat and one black storage bag. Tiles, racks, dice, tables and other styling accessories are not included.
Which size should I choose?
Choose Standard, 31.5 × 31.5 inches (approximately 80 × 80 cm), for comfortable four-player game nights. Travel, 20.9 × 20.9 inches (approximately 53 × 53 cm), suits smaller tables and trips. Measure your tabletop and allow space for your own racks and accessories.
Are the mats made to order?
Yes. Your mat is printed to order and fulfilled by our production partner, PrintKK.
How do I clean and store my mat?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Let the surface dry before putting the mat in its storage bag.
Are the gold details metallic?
Metallic-looking accents and texture effects are printed artwork on the smooth polyester surface. They are not metallic foil or raised decoration.
When will my order arrive?
Your mat is printed to order in the USA. Please allow 6–9 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Estimated total: 11–19 business days. If you need your mat for a specific date, contact us before ordering.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For a damaged or incorrectly printed item, include clear photos of the mat and packaging so we can review it with our production partner.
