Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak the tiles in water.

These tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored, so small handmade inconsistencies are normal. Minor differences in color, print placement, or size may also occur between production batches. These variations do not qualify for replacement or refund. Slight surface ink overflow can usually be wiped away with a clean, damp cloth.

Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, and ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, and visible cracks or chips caused in transit are also covered.

Minor individual defects may qualify for a partial refund; full-order returns are not accepted for minor flaws. For major issues that cannot be fixed, such as severe color deviation or extensive damage, a partial refund or order remake will be negotiated upon verification.
