160 mahjong tiles, two dice, one storage organizer and one user manual. This listing is for the tile set; mats and racks are sold separately.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately with a soft towel. Avoid soaking the tiles in water.

These tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored. Small handmade inconsistencies and minor variations in color, print placement or size between production batches are normal and are not covered by after-sales service. Slight surface ink overflow can usually be removed with a clean, damp cloth.

Single-tile replacements are available for manufacturing defects such as peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, or ink overflow that cannot be cleaned. Missing tiles, incorrect tile types and visible cracks or chips caused during transit are also covered.

Minor individual defects may qualify for a partial refund; full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws. For major issues that cannot be corrected, such as severe color variation or extensive damage, a partial refund or order remake will be arranged after verification.
